Evolution & Material Planning

Organize evolution targets, shared materials and recipe quantities before spending resources.

1. Start from the exact target

Start from the exact target. Match the unit in your inventory to the form named by the evolution recipe. Similar names do not establish that two forms use the same requirements. Read the current recipe before choosing what to collect, including conditions beyond materials. A planning page helps most when it organizes a target you can actually pursue.

2. Use the checklist to group material names

Use the checklist to group material names. Select targets in the evolution planner. Its output groups recorded material names and shows how many selected targets mention each material. That count is not a required item quantity. If two targets mention Star Fruit, both recipes need attention; it does not mean two Star Fruit will complete them.

3. Calculate quantities separately

Calculate quantities separately. For each exact material, record the requirement from each chosen recipe and the amount you own. Add requirements only when the inventory items are the same. As a planning example, requirements of six and four with three owned leave seven to collect. These numbers illustrate subtraction and are not a recipe for any listed unit.

4. Keep nonmaterial requirements visible

Keep nonmaterial requirements visible. A recipe can involve conditions that a material-name checklist does not capture. Record whatever the evolution screen requires separately, alongside availability and resources you want to reserve. Generic entries such as a special item need their exact in-game identity before you can calculate a shopping list. Different special items are not interchangeable.

5. Choose an order before spending

Choose an order before spending. If several targets share resources, decide which most directly improves your current team. Completing that target first gives the remaining plan a clear starting point. Copy the checklist for your notes, then update quantities after each evolution. Review the selected unit and displayed requirements immediately before consuming materials or committing a valuable copy.
