Anime Adventures Beginner Guide

Build an affordable opening, cover different threats and choose a practical next upgrade.

1. Choose one stage to improve

Choose one stage to improve. Start with a stage you can enter and describe what ends the run: enemies escape early, flying enemies pass untouched, or a durable enemy survives near the exit. That observation gives your next change a purpose. Expensive units do not automatically solve a problem that occurs before you can afford them.

2. Give your opening unit an affordable job

Give your opening unit an affordable job. Compare deployment cost before full upgrade cost. Decide where your first damage unit needs to stand and what it can attack at that point. Keep enough flexibility to respond to the next threat. An impressive final upgrade is useful only if your opening survives long enough to purchase it.

3. Build around coverage and timing

Build around coverage and timing. Select a candidate for opening damage in the team builder, consider economy, and leave room for the threats you actually face. Read the air coverage warning alongside unit notes. A unit that gains air access later may need another unit to handle earlier flying enemies. The planner totals costs rather than predicting stage results.

4. Spend toward one clear improvement

Spend toward one clear improvement. Look at the current evolution recipe and compare it with your inventory. Use the evolution checklist to organize material names, then record actual quantities separately. Prefer a target that addresses your current obstacle over several unfinished projects. Keep materials shared between targets in mind before committing them to one upgrade.

5. Review one change at a time

Review one change at a time. Save your team, try the same stage again, and note when the run begins to fail. If the opening improves but later damage falls short, that is useful progress. Change one placement, upgrade priority or roster slot next. Small comparisons reveal what helped more clearly than replacing the entire team after every attempt.
